Front Office
Front Office is the highest revenue generating department in hotel industry. Front office averages about 70% of total revenue generated by hotels. In programs for this department students are taught about type of hotels, their room types, tariffs, reservation process, check in check out procedures, etc. These program enable the trainees to attain proficiency in subjects like Computer Application & skills, Communication Concept, Customer/Guest care skills, Cross Occupational skills, Conflict Management(handling upset Customer/Guest), working principal of EPBAX and various telephone Customer/Guest services, Fax Machine operation etc. These programs guide trainees to maintain good communication and managing personal relations.
